Using Responsys (Email
Distribution Solution), send out all email communications on for
Whislter Blackcomb , Tremblant, Stratton and Snowshoe. Messages
include Weekly Newsletters, Passholder Aquisition Messages, Offer
Messages and Snow Reports.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all the messages are sent out and links are tracking
properly. Follow detailed QA processes to ensure no errors are
in the HTML & Text versions of the messages.
- Ensure eCommerce tracking is in place
- Ensure that all messages are Spam Checked and meet the CanSpam
regulations
- Produce Detailed Reporting for all Intrawest Resorts on distribution
list sizes and Weekly Opt-In and Unsubscribe information.
- Expert knowledge of the Responsys system creating forms and
applications to capture data
Managed the Web Production
Team ranging from 7-10 employees, responsible for the creation of
the company web sites, newsletters and vacation planner. Using the
Microsoft Content Management System and advanced HTML, I ensured
the accuracy and current maintenance of the company web sites.
Responsibilities:
- Play a lead role in the development and creation of new site
layout, as well as design and manage all the digital assets for
the sites
- Ensure consistent web production methodology is understood and
followed by the Web Team
- Coordinate design consistency with the print marketing department
- Manage the daily workflow, distributed tasks, projects and daily/weekly
quality assurance using eProject (www.eproject.com)
- Manage the Team to produce 12 monthly destination newsletters
- Personally responsible for creating the initial design of the
newsletter
- Manage the Team to create and setup 24 destination web sites

- Play a key role in the implementation of the Microsoft
Content Management System
Responsible for ensuring the company web sites and vacation planner
are accurate, updated and maintained using advanced HTML programming.
Largely contributed to the company’s many websites’ development
and growth starting with www.visitwhistler.com
, www.tremblant.com
and www.intrawestvacations.com
in 1999. In 2000, I further expanded into www.whistler-blackcomb.com,
www.rezrez.com,
colorado.rezrez.com. In 2001, new sites included www.vancouver.com
and puertovallarta.rezrez.com.

- Launch and develop the corporate Intranet, monitored its growth
and development
- Train new employees
- Update and manage all of the content on the company web sites
- Coordinate efforts of the company photographer by using detailed
shot lists, trip itineraries and resort research to accurately
represent a destination
